I have been shopping online since 4, 5 years. I have tries almost each and every online shopping portal from Amazon US to Tradus India.
Since last year my preference for online shopping were
Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Snapdeal(Rare Case), Jabong, Pepperfry, Zovi & sometimes Ebay too.
So, on 27 August 14 I purchased a 2nd Zenfone 5 from FK, the miximum assured delivery date was 4 Sept 14. Actally I purchased this for my Sisters Bday(4 sept).
So I was waiting for it, and on 4th there was no delivery so I called FL CS, they logged my Complain and assured a callback with full details within 48 hours and Delivery Within 4 days, there was nothing for me to do so I have to follow what they say.
Within 48 there was no call, so I again called back and demanded a talk with Supervisor(his surname was Gupta), this guy assured a callback within 24 hours.
Still No call back or anything.
I am fed-up from FK CS, you guys literally sucks.If you can do it say yes else no.
FK CS representatives just know few works" Sorry, we dont have any information regarding this "
Flikarts Ekart logistics the worst courier service in India.
From Delhi to Gwalior others take maximum 24 hours for delivery and Ekart takes at-least 48-72 hours.
My advice Stay Away From FK, worst service in terms of everything, Amazon and others are doing great job.
