Customer service is very good too. But beware that some seller does not accept return [ tag: NO RETURN POLICY], so check it. All items are new in condition and quality depends on the item and producer. Shipoing charge is there but not too much and pretty fast too. Average delivery is 3-5 days after makinh order.
My experience with flipkart was great but once I ordered a wrong item and they denied to take it back.
