I ordered vivo 55l from flipkart as it was showing deliver on 17th December 2016 by 7 PM to my door step , but on the day of delivery there was no clue where my order was. I have to leave for a meeting today and the cheap customer care executives of flipkart are unable to even tell me where my order is nor they can provide me address of their hub from where I can pick the product. They do not understand the urgency and just say sorry. Amazone is a lot better and preferred option for me now. After a lot of follow up with flipkart , I got one msz that your product is out for delivery and will be delivered today by 9pm , they do not understand what difference 2 hours can make. really sucks and poor services. please close your customer care centers. number given by flipkart to me in a msz [private info removed] is saying we are connecting you to our team and than saying the number you have dialed is switched off . really out of words for this great service.
