I ordered a syska branded trimmer on 10Oct2018 and ETA shared was 16oct2018.
I have been approaching customer care each and every day after 16October and they are giving an update of "wait till 7pm of next day".
Suppose I call them on 18 oct, they asked me to wait till 19 october 7pm.
Later I understand they are just simply escaping from this responsibility and making their customers fool.
I got a mail id(escalation@flipkart.com) from one of my friends.
I mailed my concern to this mail on 24 oct 2018 and I got a call back from flipkart and asked me to wait till 29oct2018.
really pathetic service, I also faced some product quality with flipkart .
I really like to promote and support Indian owned brands but if this is the service you are offering, please dont expect support from us.
