I ordered a wifi router from this site for 800 rupees as this was the only online shopping site which had routers at below 1000 rupees. I chose the cash on delivery option and home delivery charges were negligible. it had a warranty of one month. it had arrived as per their said time which was one week.
the router faulted on the 30th day of its working which was the last day of its warranty, . when I asked them to replace it they took a lot of time and they were confused whether to replace it on not. I had to press hard on them to replace it and had to go through the ordeal of making a lot of mails and phone calls. the guy with the replacement arrived fifteen days later but I was happy to get it replaced. the new router works fine.
