I have been shopping on Flipkart for more than a year the things I have bought include a Xiaomi MI3, Moto E( 1st gen), Moto G2, Asus Zenfone 2, Xiaomi piston( replaced and then refunded as the mic was not working in both the unit I bought and the replacement unit), Flip cover for MI3( I bought it for Rs.499 and it was a terrible decision as its transparent glass left many scratches on my mobiles display) and some books,
So out 7-8 orders I has faced problem with all the mobiles except for Mi3, below is my latest experience.
Asus Zenfone 2( 4gb ram 32gb rom 2.3ghz processor@Rs.19, 999): This it the most terrible experience I have ever had, I bought this device for my uncle, the day it was delivered Flipkart announced Big Billion days so the which I had bought for 20k was now available for 15, 499( 17, 499price less 2k cashback from yes bank)
As if this was not enough the device started giving trouble like getting switched off at 20% battery level or over heating while doing simple tasks and taking 3 hours to charge with the so called rapid charger so I requested for a return after doing all the trouble shooting I could do & I mentioned the same in my request, then my uncle who was using the device received a call from their executive who was not ready to call him back after 15 mins since unlce was very busy, he then asked my uncle to follow his instructions which my uncle did and he made my uncle to factory reset the device stating that all his data has been backed up but it was not so and my uncle list all his app data, important messages, call logs and the whatsapp messages most importantly, the executive was so arrogant that he was not ready to listen to what my uncle had to say, they also rejected the replacement request stating they had given trouble shooting steps, this pissed us a lot as we had lost all the data and we had almost wasted 20k on the device, after that I called them up and got a replacement after and narrated the whole issue holding them and their executive for our loss of data, so I finally we got a replacement. But the most thing is that my uncle lost all his data which is very important for a businessman.
