Flipkart

Hi All,

I placed an order with flipkart,

• It took them more than 7 days to get the product in Satara,

  
  




• Twice the product was out for delivery.

  
  

1st day I never received the number of the delivery person neither the delivery

guy called me and in the end receive a text stating “delivery rescheduled”.

2nd day the delivery guy told me by 11am it will be delivered then by 2 pm

and later on never responded to my calls and again in the end received “delivery rescheduled”.

• Then customer service people told me I was not present at the address.

  
  




• The product I ordered was prescribed by the physiotherapist which should be kept on high priority by Flipkart.

  
  




• The company should also understand the importance of the product and should get that delivered accordingly.

  
  

I highly recommend you not to shop at flipkart.
