I ordered a fridge through flipkart and they promised to deliver it at a max of 1week. When I didnt receive it after 8 days I mailed them, they said I will receive it in 2 days max. Again I didnt receive it, they said they have shipped it (which is a lie) and gave me a fake ID, I checked n it said invalid ID. I called again and they said they are unable to communicate with their own courier people. All bullshit. I have not received my order and today is the 16th day. They have gone down in their standards and turned out to be a "just another indian online company".
Avoid buying costly stuff in flipkart and always choose Cash on Delivery.
