I am Vinod Kumar. I have ordered a American Tourister Luggage Bag. But when I received my luggage bag, what I see that it was very small as I expected. So I requested him (FlipKart customer care) to change my order. But they simple refuse to me and say once a order is delivered it will never changed. My order id is OD30529071564.
So please I request you all to not purchase anything from FlipKart.com They are making fool of innocent public.
