I am writing this review to let people know that be very careful when you buy high cost item from flipkart as they have fraud reviews and incorrect description for products. Recently I purchased 2 queen beds and 2 mattresses. Mattresses were delivered first and bed was delivered later. After installation of bed I placed mattress on the bed without even opening the plastic cover of mattress and found that mattress was too small for queen size bed. After several calls to customer care I was able to raise refund request but after just few hour refund request was rejected. I paid 16000+ rs for these mattresses which are of no use because they are too small for queen size bed. Please note that I bought both bed and mattress based on the description that was mentioned as queen size. I have made several calls but flipkart is one of the fraud company who is just making money by selling useless products with wrong description on the website. They don’t care about that customers after they receive money. I just don’t know what to do with these mattresses that are of wrong size. They are just taking space in my house. Please be extremely careful when you buy from flipkart or better you avoid buying from these frauds.
