I don’t even shop on this website anymore after last incident. They’re good when it comes to shipping product and taking your money but when it comes to customer service they’re pretty bad.
I ordered water purifier from them and on their website they had listed that they would install it for free. I called them, emailed them over and over before they called me back. Customer rep was very rude and acted like it was my fault that installation hasn’t been done. He tried to blame me and said that "I should reply to email" eventhough they never sent me any email. Anyways, I told him to send the installation guy and there is no need to email me since someone is at my home all the time. Few days later no response.
Fast forward to 2 weeks. They did nothing and never sent installation people.
I was forced to call water purifier company and get installation done. They charged me Rs 400. So at the end I ended up paying Rs 400 extra for something that should’ve been done for free by flipkart.
Ever since they’ve turned me off. If you want to buy on flipkart make sure you don’t buy anything big that needs installation. They’re okay for small products(headphones, cellphones etc) but not for big products that requires installation.
