I bought a movie DVD from Flipkart and it was non-India region disc (Its amazing how Reliance Video is able to do this - which amounts to piracy). So it didn’t play in my player and I wrote to flipkart about it.
They collected the disc in two days and gave credit by the fourth day. Very quick turn-around I thought for this error. I was able to use the credit to buy other stuff.
This is good service.
