Ordered 2 pair of shoes from your inhouse brand flippd for about 1050 under your app day. Courier guys reached home twice on consecutive days, lied to my servant that they had a word with me an he needs to pay that amount as it was COD(i always have used prepay).
Then after finally writing an email, I get a call from the courier guy asking me what to do now, I told him I have already emailed flipkart and they would take care of the isuue now. Then my order gets cancelled automatically when I didnt want it to be.Still would have been acceptable, since I wasnt at home. I recieved multiple calls from diffrent people from flipkart, and the resolution I am given is since the price for the same shoes have doubled now, we would credit the diff in your wallet and then you can place the order.
I was happy and pretty impressed.but then I recieve a mail which asks me to place the order pay for it and later my wallet would be credited. As this wasnt what was discussed on call yesterday. I again wrote a mail and recieved a call this morning. By which time one of the shoes was out of stock. So the gentlemen asks me to place the order for one pair which is available when its get delivered and I pay for it, my wallet would be credited for those one oair and when the 2nd pair is available I can place the order then.
I have used flipkart for long.mostly I use prepaid for the exact same reason somethin goin wrong in the COD process.its now not about the money or the product. I feel cheated.i dont need any refunds or credit to wallet. Just want people to know that all the app days and discounts you guys run are just to get people to your website.from the time a customers sees a product and a price he can only be sure of it once he has it in his hands. Any thing can change inbetween. Enough of being a long standing customer. You guys dont deserve my business and an appeal to everyone out there. Use flipkart but dnt fall prey to their marketing gimmicks like app days and discount days.
