Ordered a DSLR on Flipkart after calling up customer care to ensure item is available. Immediately after order is placed, the delivery date is changed from 2-3 days to 7-10 days.
Called up customer care and im told that item is out of stock and has to be procured. After 3 days, item is cancelled claiming no stock and re-fund is initiated.
I had informed on my last call that im ready to take the black model at same price but without any intimation they have cancelled the order and send an SMS.
Not even a call for a high value product > 40k!
