I ordered recently for a segate external hard drive ..... Expecting the delivery to happen within 3-5 days as per order status .... After that it was changed to 5 working days ..... I made few calls and follow up via email to confirm on delivery and was suggested that they will check and revert ..... They reverted with a strange excuse that due to financial year closure they won’t be able to deliver product on time and will only deliver after 7-9 working days ..... I requested them to cancel my order and they said will refund only after 1 week..... I suggest to be ware when ordering costly item / electronics through them as they are not having good tie up at backend with product vendors and therefore these delay happens..... This was my first exp and was ordering based on past exp of my friends who ordered books thru them....
Looks like they are good with their core services but not with others...... My suggestion for flipkart team...... Many miles to go before you claim ur success my friends..... Work hard to maintain ur service because that’s what u have as ur own rest are all dependent on ur relationship....all the best
