Delivering Poor Quality Products ..!!

Had ordered a Vox BM060 MP3 Player (Blue)(Free: 4 GB Memory Card ) on their site on the 13/06/2012  they delivered the product on the 19/06/2012 , which was defective , spoke to customer care then was put onto their technical team and was assured another piece will be sent .


The other piece was sent and its was worse than the earlier one so kept both and followed the same drill ... customer support and technical team .... asked them to either take the product in question of their site ... Incase all were defective  or  check and send me a good product ... the  person called Som was behind me to take a refund ...!


I told him I like the product and would only take a refund if you take the product in question out of you website. Because according to me why should any other customer go through the same inconvenience as me ... he asked me to take a refund and leave us to take discussions on what to keep and what to take out of their site .... which irritated me the most ...!


They have no coordination amongst their customer service .... Technical and Logistics team ... they all keep blaming each other ... they then sent me a 3rd delivery  again defective  so now I have 3 parcels of these defective headphones with me waiting for a resolution ...!!


I’m amazed the amount of funds they are spending of sending these deliveries .....!I’m sure they are going to shut shop if this carries on ..!
