Hello frnds I purchase a mobile from flipkart the producet is kult 10mobile . At low price after I recived the mobile I use mobile 2month but many prbm like heating camera processeing etc prbm occur then I go to service center of lult mobile and tell them all prbm but he tell that the mobile is not kult company this is a copy producet I am socket to know that then finaly I check the emi number the does not match.i thik want I do . After I call the customer care of filpkart then the tell me that to return producet and return my money but I want my same mobile because orginal cost is higher then I purchase. They tell me there is no policy to replacemnt. After some time they call me again to rerurn the producet. But I want orignal mobile. I make a complain in cousmer court. After filpkart call me to return producet .i again refuse. After the tell me that the give me extra money but I refuse . Again one day I call filpkart to reutrn my mobile then dont recive my call and not reposne my mails . They starting to froud on mobile showing in low rate and copy producet sell .i have 2 other case this type frouad so filpkart is a worst side for online purchasing.the service of delivey by ekart is also very bad. I total dislike filpkart ’s customer care then donot know how to talk with customers . If any u have about the conusmer court then tall me .if anyone can help me tell me
