It has the most horrible service available! The delivery doesn’t happen on time and even after calling their customer care and notifying them about the timing of delivery as to when you will be there to take it, doesn’t help. The delivery people call up at the most unexpected timings and start shouting on you. They will also tell you that they do delivery only till 1 in the afternoon whereas flipkart promises that they do delivery till 7 in the evening.
I don’t know what they are paid for the rest of the time. anyways, One has to make innumerable phone calls to the utterly useless customer care and also the delivery people and coordinate it yourself. Leaving that aside I also read a dew reviews on their site where people were praising the delivery system. So I wrote my feedback on the product and also on the delivery system.
After a few days I get a mail from ’Sunita Mathew’ saying that we had to remove the review as it doesn’t fit in their Review writing dos n don’ts. Which is: Product Review Creation Guidelines Guidelines For Writing Product Reviews What’s Not Allowed? Customer reviews should be relevant to the product in question. The product review section on flipkart.com is for you to share your opinion on the product, and for other customers to research better.
Flipkart.com reserves the right to remove reviews that include any of the following: • Irrelevant review (Review consisting of a combination of random characters, random words, repeated content, reviews on another product.) • Service feedback, including availability, order or payment related queries (Please use the Contact us form for the same) With this in mind they should remove all those reviews where customers have discussed about the service! But they wont! They are so CHEAP! Moreover the prices are also very high as compared to some other sites.
I now order Biotique products (for which I used this site) directly from the Biotique site! Its so reliable!
