Now a days online shopping is going on very smoothly but sometimes it is proved fraud because of my story I had bought a jwellery for my mom through flipkart. When it arrived the bottom casing of the jwellery pack was open & was not closing and when I opened it the earings were cracked.
I immediately called customer support & reported it, the the asked me to send photographs of it, which I did. It has been 10 days since I have send but no response. Every time I call they ask for the entire story from the beginning & finally the say the technical team will call and then sir don’t wry we replace your product and then as usual no response.it’s all froad.
Don’t waste your money & time buying through this site.first of verify the site and after confirmation go for it.please be safe while shopping online.
