Flipkart supervisor had no manners, How can I talk with the customer . I had purchase so Manny item from flipkart but now the delay & delivery time like 20 days and if I will give the request for returning they will come after 1 month, but every returning process for customer can face the problem company can not show any courtesy for customer, I talk to supervisor Mr amit they telling same thing, this is company policy I cant do any thing.
I got every day same message till 1 month tomorrow I will pick up your product before 7 pm but pick up person coming after 1 month that is rule of company, as I purchase lenovo A7000 mobile. It was damage. Mobile is going hanging not working properly. I had given the request for exchange, I got message there is company rule I cant help you. But I had purchase one mobile cover and mobile cover is coning after 20 day mobile coming 10 day when I came back in Bihar to Pune then delevry guys calling me for clver, my family member has received, again there was no use because mobile was pending(lenovo A6000 plus) I had given the request for cancel pick up person is coming after 40 day, he told me I need my product at any how.
My family got lots of problem with that product. I cant expect this kind of service from flipkart. I word with supervisor, also they told I am very apologize for this problem. But it is going again and aging.
