I have been purchasing from the website for quite some time and the service levels are slowly but steadily going down.
My last purchase for a Richard Hawkings book took three times the advertised time and it was a nightmare following up.
But I did get it eventually. In the absence of other websites that can promise more this will still be the preferred site but possibly not for long before someone else comes along and provides even better support.
