Let me first clear that flikart has the best collection of books and they deliver their products on time. But with my last order(Order ID: OD10921100308) of a coffee maker they gave me a real hard time.
First on their website it was mentioned that its an espresso coffee maker which it isn’t. I was not aware of this until I received the shipment. I notified this to flipkart and they agreed that there’s a wrong information on their website, they rectified the mistake pretty soon on their website and promised me a refund.
After that there was horrifying delay in the pickup of the wrong item. After many phone calls and arguments, finally someone picked the item back after 20 days of problem. Now it’s been 15 more days since they picked up the item and they have not been answering my e-mail properly and asking for bank account details again and again.
Purchase items from flipkart but if you don’t like it, don’t expect a refund.
