Every time nice delivery time, prompt response.I love to buy books from this portal.I have purchased 10-15 times from this portal, Initialy I used rediff shopping but 2-3 times its delivery got very late, then switched to flipkart and found very nice delivery, price also .Then used others like infibeam and many more but Flipkart is best.I have got good discounts on books and sometimes purchased COD, got in time.Some books are not available on many portals but it found on Flipkart.I suggest for out of stok books response should be more prompt.
