Bought a HTC one from flipkart found it to be damaged. They created a return on 6th but was collected only on 14th after many reminders. After collection of mobile money was not refunded so I called customer care
executive three times. Every time I got different response. First guy said money will be credited in my bank account in 5 days.
Second guy said money will not be credited. Third guy said freebies have to be collected first. When I contacted customer service via mail regarding damaged phone they never said anything regarding the freebies they only told to give the phone. Even after collection of phone I got no response from your side, this is ridiculous. I had to call many times to get the freebie return initiated.
I have incurred a loss of 400 rupees (screen guard) and another 450 rupees for flip cover because of you guys sending a damaged and defective phone. I had purchased a Samsung S4 a month ago but it was also damaged that time also I incurred loss in terms of screen guards and flip-cover. This time I somehow trusted flipkart, but you guys shattered all my trust and belief in flipkart by providing defective product again, very poor customer service and so much trouble caused during return.
First of all you guys provide some meagre amount as token of apology and then take that back without even
intimating. Will not be buying any product from flipkart again because of facing ridiculous customer service and losses two times because of damaged products provided by you. Feels like you have no respect for the customer, you just keep on harassing them.

Here it is clear that you are asking me to return only the mobile and nothing else & providing me with 300 rupees store credit. Now the store credit has been removed without any intimation And your customer care executive has something else to say regarding the return.
This mail is a proof regarding the return of the product and is clear violation of Consumer Rights which can be easily used in consumer court.
