I purchased a mobile from Flipkart, their invoice shows 11797/- but in no-cost EMIs I pay in total is 12249/-
When asked why the Invoice does not show the total cost of the mobile which is 12249 and why they don’t show total payment I am incurring on the purchase of mobile in the invoice, none of their support team has right answers, they say invoice contains payment to be made to the seller not the device cost. Which is the most dangerous answer I could hear and they simply close the ticket without even contacting you!
This way, Flipkart is unworthy and unreliable as their Invoice does not contain device cost in total and giving the perception of cheap compared to other sites.
Be watchful on their bogus invoice system.
