I had ordered a book last Saturday and which was available and not out of stock.
Order ID was OD11008180897. Today I got an email from Flipkart saying the book cannot be delivered since it is not available.
It has caused a lot of inconvenience to me since
I had an exam this Monday and was completely dependent on the book being delivered by Flipkart
I had told everybody that a book was purchased by me on Flipkart and would be delivered in 3 days
I was waiting for the book on the 3rd day but then I received an email saying that it would take some more time.
Now, just returning the money would not solve the inconvenience caused to me.
Flipcart needs to be penalized for such a service. Also, this was my first experience with Flipcart and it was pathetic. An simple apology and crediting back the money wont help since youll have used my money for 8 days.
Is there no option to share this on social networking sites the way it is when you buy the books?
