I purchased "OnePlus Buds Pro 2 Bluetooth Headset" in Black color, priced at ₹8, 999
But received used old model "OnePlus Buds Pro". Loot customers in name of flipkart assured.
Called customer service no response, they say escalation team will call you. But they never call.
I am going to take Flipakrt to Consumer Court and will ask they to pay for 5x the price of the product.
Always buy from Amazon Prime and FBA products. Amazon customer service is gold quality.
