Worst service provider with worst offers

Hi all, I would like to share my bad bad or worst experience of online shopping by flipkart with you. in this month der is buyback offer is going on  mobiles. I replaced my smasung j7 prime with oppo f3 plus. after delivery  the ekart( delivery third party) guys came 2 times and asking me to return the oppo f3 plus. this happened after delivery and exchange is done. and one more thing I would like to tell you I replaced  same phone from where I placed my order. and while placing order flipkart auto detected my device as samsung on nxt. I changed samsung on nxt many times to samsung j7 prime but it remained same as samsung on nxt.  if their application is having full bugs then who is at fault? . status of product was product delivered till afternoon and in the evening  they taken it back and it was showing product is dispatched  when product was actually delivered. how to trust their activities. is it my fault or flipkarts? there executive taken my phone and exchanged with another till then also they were  not careful. and when all deal is closed now they are asking me phone back. please guys dont buy from flipkart or any consumer guy please assist me. they are not reliable.
