Replacing the installation GUY :D

I bought a micromax LED TV during one of the Big Billion days of flipkart(Does the name suggest that they make Billions?). A guy came in for installing it and he was unable to remove the screws behind the TV, meant for wall-mounting. He told me to ask for replacement from flipkart. I placed a replacement request and flipkart called me.


They initially told me to look for another installation guy at my own cost. When I denied that proposal, they told me something like "The screw is not part of the TV". But on a little requesting they finally succumbed to my demands and REPLACED THE INSTALLATION GUY:D. Still waiting for the installation to be done from 4 days now and is seems in the mean time Flipkart has created atleast 3 tickets for the issue.
