Flipkart should shut down its service. Firstly they deliver defective products and then the pathetic customer service doesn’t replace the items. I ordered a phone from flipkart and it has been a month. I have applied 5 times for replacement but still no respond from flipkart. They are only concerned with payments. Pathetic service! I wouldn’t even rate 1.
