I used too buy regularly from flipkart had no issue but one day I bought a 4 gb PC ram mistaking it for a laptop ram ( At the website every ram look alike: be carefull ?? ) . Delivery took about 5 days. When I recieved and open the box I came to know that its a desktop pc ram so I didn’t open the seal and stopped. I tried to reach the customer service but only email was available and when they came to know about it. They deny the return request saying it is my mistake ordering it, they only take responsible of damaged item. Now the ram is there doing nothing in my drobe.
So guys be careful to read full policy and details before buying anything.
