I buy stuff online on a regular basis and do read a lot of reviews before buying from a site . whether the product is costly / cheap, I prefer using only reliable sites. I’ve had good and bad experiences with few hits and misses .
I was using Flipkart regularly then stopped due to the back - back issues with two major purchases and it going only app only purchase mode. Then I recently started using again once their services improved or so I heard from one of my friends.
But recently, I have problem with every order. Recently they delivered a wrong product and when I requested for a return so I can reorder, they insisted on a replacement instead to save cots.
I agreed since I was anyways going to reorder, only for the product to be picked up and replacement refused. They closed any ticket I raised, hung up on my calls and now their "customer service agents" are calling late nights and threatening . Flipkart is very shady these days . stay away for your own safety and sanity!
