I brought my item on 29July2019 and delivered it on 14August2019. My product return policy is valid till 24 August. I had talked with customer care and she was confirmed your installation done by 18August .Today(17August) I receive one messageInstallation and Demo completed:We hope you are happy with the service provided. Again I have call customer about the message he told me your issue will be resolved ASAP.I got another messageWe have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 27August. That mean I have to wait for problem until my product is expire the return policy . What an idea Flipkart . As of my experience I would like to suggest please dont buy Hometown product from flipkart, its better to buy it direct from HomeTown Store .Price is also same in both store .
