I have been a huge fan of FlipKart in the past until I ordered a Giordano watch from their website. The delivery was within a day which I loved the most.
As soon as I opened the box, I realized that the item I have received is fake. I took this watch to Helios Watch Store(one of the biggest watch stores in India) to check the authenticity of the product and they confirmed that it was a fake Giordano watch.
When I write my feedback about this on Flipkart, I get an email back stating that all products sold on Flipkart and genuine and they in fact encourage me to change my review and make it most positive and attractive for the consumer to buy.
Flipkart all in all is much more expensive that other online shopping websites. Customer service is pathetic and absolutely non-promising. Flipkart is a synonymous for cheating.
