For past 1 year, I’ve been ordering from flipkart. I liked their customer service, packaging and delivery time.
Although its a little bit (not much though) expensive than competitor pricing, but I prefer it due to its 30 day replacement guarantee. You never know, what’s there in future, but till date, shopping with flipkart was always a pleasure.
Sometimes I had mentioned some delivery instructions while ordering and it was followed without any separate personal followups.
