I have placed order for Motorola X Play in 25th September and the amount 18, 499 had been debited from my account. They said the delivery will complete by 29th September. But till 29th September even the item is not confirmed. The mobile was urgent for me, so have ordered it 5 days back.I have called customer care and told the issue.
They asked me to cancel the order and the amount will be refunded immediately, so that I can reorder the mobile. Actually I am going out of town, so have ordered the mobile so early and didn’t get it. But now after they have cancelled my order in 29th September, Till now I didn’t get my refund and I am.wasting my time calling them. Today also I have called them and they told they will start processing it.
