I have bought a product {Nokia Lumia 520} on 23/Oct bearing order ID OD31022063882.
Its been an defective piece and when called customer support team on Flipkart they says that "Sir, its out of our replacement policy we cant do anything" and you have to get that serviced in Nokia service center, and they are not in a position to listen to the customer and help them. This is my second purchase in which I have recd a damaged product.
Their founder "Sachin Bansal" claimed a "Best Entrepreneur of the Year" this year and his company is claiming every time a negative loyalty against the customers by supplying the damaged / defective products.
