I bought a ’Lynyrd Skynyrd’ music DVD on flipkart on 13-04-2013. Along with the deal there was an offer of a free mouse pad. However, the mouse pad was not delivered.
On taking up the issue with Flipkart’s customer service they point blank refused and said that there was no such offer on the day I placed my order. This is disgraceful as one of the reasons I bought the DVD was the attractive mousepad offer.
Flipkart seems to be in denial. I suggest that readers be vary and cautious in their dealings with Flipkart as they might end up losers because of the misleading information provided and the unhelpful customer support team.
