I have ordered more than 6 times on Flipkart, and received them without any trouble.
While first time buying experiences with Amazon India and Snapdeal have been a nightmare, so far Flipkart is still my first choice. Here is why.
First of all, I did not order any expensive product(more than rs.5000) on Flipkart, and the only expensive one is rs.4100 - a Karbonn A12 Star (Android 4.4.2) handset which I received without any damage or unfair means.
The remaining items I ordered at different times are Pen drives, MicroSD cards and competitive exam books.
So, my review may be different from your own experiences.
I found it very comfortable and easy to deal with the issues and problems I came across while ordering on Flipkart.
I would say the best online retailing service in India, and this is why it tops in India.
