This is regarding my order number --> OD21102000369. I had placed this order for Pampers Active Baby Diapers on Flipkart. The MRP shown on Flipkart’s website for this diaper pack was Rs 300 and they were offering a discount on 14% on it. But when I received the product I was shocked to see that the MRP printed on the packet of diapers was just Rs 250. So eventually I ended up paying more than the MRP even after the discount because Flipkart is offering discounts on a price higher than MRP.
Now when I am asking them to refund my money they are making me write a 100 mails to them and numerous phone calls. And to my despair I have not yet got my money refunded and have not heard back from them either. Horrible customtakeouter care @ Flipkart.
Beware guys.!!!! Flipkart is cheating consumers big time. Think 100 times before you decide to shop on Flipkart.
