I bought Acer One S1002 on 30/09/2016 from flipkart. The only purpose of buying this product was to use it for showing powerpoint presentation during business meet. The product worked fine the first 2 days. The third day, on the day of presentation, it didnt switch on and only the back of screen continued heating up. For the next two days the thing didnt start at all. Than somehow it started working. All I mean there is a serious defect in this device and it is not at all a dependable machine. I can’t take it to any of my next business meets. This device is not serving me the purpose I bought it for. The claim for refund was made on 5 /10/2016. The company refuses to return because it is now working fine. They are not able to appreciate the fact that the product has a serious defect. The company is not playing fair. Its return policies are just in favour of the company. The customer is taken for granted.
