Recently I ordered a Huawie Honey Bee from Flipkart on request of one of my colleagues. I ordered it on 7th of June and it arrived on 13th of June and as it was drizzling the outer box was almost drenched. The person said only the cover is wet but the product was ok. I should have returned the product there itself. After 5 days my colleague complained me saying that the product was not working with the Jio Sim. As the Honor bee was an unknown brand for him he wanted a different phone. Before going on his whims and fancies I had thoroughly checked by doing all the things to be done to work for the sim but without any result. I had requested a refund on 19/06/2017 as I would like to take another set. But instead of refunding me, on 20/06/2017 at about 17/15 hours one of the product executive by name Manish had forcefully asked to take the request back and he rejected my request saying please do as I say and if your phone still not work I will refund the money. Giving me this assurance he rejected my request. After that I got a message the seller is not willing to refund. As I again made a request on 21/06/2017 the refund option was not there and I was forced to opt for replace button. And a message came your replacement request is being processed and another Rs 51/- is charged for transportation. I had to refund my colleague from my pocket as he is not willing to take the phone even if it is replaced. I today take a vow that never in my life I am going to buy a product from Flipkart.
