I have ordered letv le 1s and got problem on it.flipkart mentioned that the phone have 30 days return policy.but when I request return they cancelled my return request.when I ask their customer care no they told me to download smartcheak then they do some nonsense test.
I have problem on fingure print sensor they do the proximity test and said that the phone works fine.and cancel my return request.they only show that flipkart advantage have 30 days return policy but it’s not true.very bad online shopping sites.
their repacement service is also very nice. so if you want to change or cancles your products it is easy and you may no face any kind of problem in it
