I would like this time to point out that I have never seen this kind of pathetic customer support and logistic. In short pathetic company. Flipkart will never keep the promises made by them to customers. from customer care to Supervisors every one know how to say lie and to make people fool. This comments I am writing after my bad experiences which I had with Flipkart from past 1 week.still continuing.
I have ordered a product on 19th Oct, 2013. From 21st Oct - till today I have called more than 20 times to Flipkart enquiring about my product. From customer reps to Supervisor each and everyone lied to me.
MR.KULBHUSHAN.( Sup) the person who was the in charge lied many times. He promised me that on 25th Max. for sure it will be delivered but all false promises. Then Ms.Devreena, again some supervisor said the same thing on 26th it will be delivered but same. false promises. Then comes Ms. Nida. The best part was that I got a call from FLIPKART. She called me on 26th morning & confirmed that she has initiated this product to deliver it on 26th before EOD( I didn’t know that EOD for her meant.!) In all I will never ever recommend anyone to buy any product from FLIPKART.
They are simply pathetic. Don’t know how to handle customers. This is only one case which I faced, God only know how many people are still waiting for their products. When asked for a compensation. Flipkart is giving peanuts Rs. 500/- I have spent more than that for my phone calls.
Till the time I am writing this email I haven’t got my product. Now even I am least bother. but I want somebody to take action on this. IF THERE IS SOMEONE.!
