Its takes years to build the reputation but it just take a minute to break everything.
Flipkart is not a bad site but they did something that I like to share with you people.
I ordered a Redmi note 3( 32gb) - silver for my self from flipkart I saw the product available on 10th sept 2: 47 am so I just ordered it and trust me I got this product just because of my luck coz it was not a Wednesday or somthing and you all know what craze is going for this product so I got the product delivered to me on 13th sept @10: 30am.
I was happy alot but on the same day there was a fault in my handset. The WiFi connection defect the mic is not working and some in build application defects so they sended one of their people to my place and he checked the phone and got satisfied that there is a problem and he gave me one job sheet even told me to email this to flipkart so I did.
On the same same day I got a phone from their customer support and the guy was very helpful to me he told me sir we got the mail but the replacement option is not coming because the product is out of stock but as soon as he was going to generate the refund for me the product came and he made a replacement and I told him but I applied a tempered glass of 300rs what about that it will be my loss the mistake done by you people so why will I bare for it , then he gave me a very convincing speech that you will get your 300 back as a compensation for our mistake and said call us back when you get your new product and generated the replacement.
When I got the new product the delivery person came from e-kart logistic I told him come up bhaiya he said sir why to come up its your prepaid delivery so take it hear only. I said no bhaiya you have to take the defected product back its a reverse pickup. He was reading that in his sheet its written reverse pickup but he could not understand what is it so he told me nhi sir aisa to kuch nhi hai aap wo phone bhi rakhea mujhe nhi Lena I said bhaiya yeh aapko pickup krna else aapko apki job me problem hogi fir and you might loss your job for this mistake .
I suggested him to call his senior and talk then he call his area supervisor and he was sitting at my place more then 30 min then the supervisor came form e-kart and thanks me for the kindness toward him and even the man thanks me and went.
As I mentioned above that the flipkart customer support told me to call them back I did and asked for my 300 so they said no sir we cant give your money back AAPKO APNA SAMAN LELENA CHAHEA THA so I said bhaiya once the tempered glass got put so when we remove it, it get broken and your previous customer care support told me he will give me my 300 back. So for more then 10 min we got in debate against each other and he didnt gave me back my 300.
So this is not fare at all those people made a mistake and I have to bare from my pocket and they even broke their words.
