I bought a phone battery from Flipkart. The battery was faulty and didnt work, so I wanted to return it. I placed a return request. No one came to collect the battery and my refund was not processed. I have been trying to call them but the new customer care model doesnt allow me to talk to the executive straight away, instead they ask if they can call you back but I never got any call back from them.
Now I am not sure what to do. Should I be filing a complaint in consumer court as I can not even get in touch with them.
Update: The problem was when I was calling from overseas, but when called from India on the 1800 number, I could get through the customer care and the issue was immediately resolved.
