Here is my bad experience about Flipkart shopping website. I had ordered a plastic kitchen container set on October 13. It contains totally 18 plastic containers. I received my parcel on October 17. I bought this for the amount of Rs 2350. When I have open my parcel I see all the boxes. But in that two are damaged. Immediately I make a call to the retailer and say the problem. At that time they said, ok madam, we will came and pick up your parcel and gave another new parcel. So I had waited for two days. But they didn’t came. Again I make a call, they said the same answer. But they didn’t came. After three years I make a call again. But they pick my call itself. I got very disturbed. This is one of the fraud website. I ask you people to not using this like fraud website.
