Worst online shopping experience ever!!

The worst online shopping experience Ever!Placed an order (OD21101010817) for a Lumix ZS8 camera for Rs 9999 on 1st Nov. It was supposed to be a Diwali gift. FK’s Promised delivery date was 6th nov. Didn’t get it till 6th. so called them up and realized that the pin code of the recipient was incorrect. They said they came to know about this issue on 2nd Nov in their Thane facility but didn’t bother to notify me or ask me for correct address.


Anyway, I corrected the pin code and I was told that the camera will delivered within 48 hours. Had to call FK again after 72 hours asking for the shipment. this time the agents says he does not know where the shipment is it might have been lost in transit, he simply can’t say but will try to get it delivered the next day or max by monday. The loop continued till 13th Nov when I gave up and eventually cancelled the order. I have made at least 15 phone calls till date, spent more than 7 hours talking to FK’s so called professional customer support. Unfortunately, their ongoing process of harassment is still not over. I requested them to refund the money back to my credit card (3 times over the phone and once over the email) , managed to get an email confirmation saying money will be refunded to my Credit card by 24th. To my surprise tday they have refunded to FK wallet (store credit) .


Called them again and asked whats going on . The agent Ankit and his supervisor Vikas say "its fine" "its ok" " we will refund to your CC don’t worry". Asked them for an email conf. (had to call twice for the same) . The email says refund is initiated just today and it will credited in another 7 to 10 days !!!! :(( I am waiting for the day when I will get my money back and escape from the FK TRAP.


Guys, please don’t give your hard earned money to FK only to get harassed at the highest level. I ignored the reviews on mouthshut and I am suffering.. Please don’t do the same you will regret.


UPDATE : They Continue to be unprofessional and prove themselves to be the worst!


I also posted this review on facebook . Flipkart guy aplogized and commented that I will get my refund in 3-4 days which is actually a big lie they sent me an email today which says I am going to get my refund by 3rd dec (21days from cancellation).. they are only trying to fix their image by telling lies. They are big time suckers!!
