Flipkart Scam: Flipkart uses customer money

I have enough evidence to prove what I am saying. They keep on postponing the delivery date to maximize the interest earning, which does not end here, when they understand that customer is frustrated with the order and decides to cancel, Flipkart does cancellation on behalf of customer and refunds the money to the flipkart wallet(which is against online shopping policy) instead of refunding it to the account.


Another surprising sick act(cancelled order as price increased after placing order) done by flipkart which I would like to take it to legal fight, need guidance to take it up. I bought a mobile from flipkart on 22nd December 2012, expected shipping date is 29th December 2012 and Expected delivery date is 31st December 2012. But today(27th December 2012) they cancelled my order and refunded money to my flipkart wallet, I checked the site and it seems that price has increased by 2000/-, and it is available to place order. When I called the customer care they are claiming that "flipkart could not accrue the product" hence cancelled and advised me to place a fresh order. Normal case flipkart extends the delivery date, but this time as price increased they cancelled 2 days before the expected shipping date. Flipkart does not have business ethics, now they will take 2 weeks to refund. I have all supporting emails, please let me know how can I take legal action.
