I recently purchased a nova 1200 watt 8100 dryer for rupees 449 and it was defected when I made the return policy after one day one message came to me that your return should be accepted and our courier team will pick the item on 28th of march but it should not picked up the dryer and no coll come to me and when I see on the site on 29th march it was showing that return should be cancelled and then I again made the return by calling in flipcart customer care then the next pickup date was on 5th of april but as before they don’t picked my product and cancelled it again and now I am calling customer care from last 4 days but they don’t listening it, it is worst site ever don’t purchase from it, no proper and educated customer care servicee
